Never wanting to be limited or defined by societies desire to box people into one skillset, she soon became known as “The Slasher”. Her keen ability to multi-business and take on various brands at a time allows her and her team the ability to provide consultation services specializing in business development, marketing, and strategic alliances. RDC navigates brands through the industries tough ins and outs to lead them to full brand success through a juxtaposition approach to marketing and brand building strategies. Being a Latina born with a limb difference birth defect nurtured Rocio’s ability to find a voice from within that has no boundaries. The limited representation of cultural diversity in her professional environments led this slasher to co-found The United Humanity Coalition, a non-profit that focuses on empowering the next generation of thought leaders and culture influencers.
